A Veggie Juice A Day, Keeps The Doctor Away
If you have been following my journey you will know that I am on a mission to self heal my body and find natural solutions for bad inflammation. This green juice might as well be called a magic juice, but I call it my daily green fuel injection.
No it doesn’t taste like the perfect Merlot, but it also doesn’t taste too bad. I remember the first time I had it I thought “oh my word, it is disgusting,” but we can get use to anything and honestly I got use to it. It is not that bad.
So much is packed into just one drink – green juices are extremely nutrient-dense, soaking your body in plant nutrients and Chlorophyll. What does Chlorophyll do? It strengthens your immune system, helps to control inflammation, increases red blood cell production and helps enhance your cells to carry oxygen. Juicing is the best way to provide these many nutrients in a single serving.

Consuming plenty of green vegetables helps maintain alkalinity and it is very easy to do that with a green juice every day. You will feel fatigued when your body is starved of nutrients, it simply won’t work the way it should. Green juice is the perfect fix, providing an instant lift in energy – unlike caffeine or synthetic stimulants that come with a late afternoon crash.
