My Kilimanjaro Songs
These songs have carried me through the past couple of months in preparation for Mount Kilimanjaro. I am leaving in nine days and what a journey it has been. This year has been one of the toughest years I have ever faced, a personal journey seeking more than just the ordinary.
I want more, but I want less. I want life.
Red Rocks Worship – Not Afraid
I am ready to face my mountain and I am confident God will be before me, behind me and always beside me. I won’t be overcome and God will make a way. I am not afraid, I am ready. I am going to conquer the biggest challenge in my life.
We Are Messengers – I Point To You
It’s amazing how we all chase different things in life. There’s always something more and that something is normally something less. We all seeking “simple” yet we are over powered by worldly missions. Life is as complicated as we allow it to be. I’m on a personal journey to find the “lesser” in life. I know the only way to find this is to seek God and be still to see exactly where it is He wants me to go.
I point to Him.
Lauren Daigle – Trust In You
I have learnt that the closer we live to God, the stronger our faith becomes the harder our little in between steps become. We are faced with situations where we are being tested frequently but this is where the beauty steps in. This is where you see God’s hand do the work. This is where you become a living miracle. This is where God becomes a living testimony.
No one ever said it’s going to be easy.
Mia Fieldes – Fearless
Action cures fear, and there’s no denying it. God is my strength and no matter how scared I am of so many different things I find refuge in God and He makes me who I am. He is the one who drives me to higher grounds, the one who takes me to places I never imagined possible.
He gives me power!
I Am Ready And So Are You
We all have hopes and dreams. We all have visions, it is up to me and you to take the first step in faith to make it happen. Face your fears and make it part of the growing journey.
Be bold. Be courageous. Be an inspiration. Be the difference. Live with magic . Trust. Believe. Give hope. Have hope. Be the person you want to be. Be that girl or that boy. Be you.
